Water Connection and Services Application
Applications and payment must be submitted together, by one of the following methods:

- In Person: Town of Qualicum Beach, #201-660 Primrose Street, Qualicum Beach, BC
Town Hall hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Special Sprinkler Permit
Use of sprinklers to water lawns, gardens or other landscaping is restricted from May 15 to September 15 between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Other residential water uses like washing cars and hand watering plants are not restricted.
Residents can apply for a special sprinkler permit to water new landscape features like fresh sod.
